Information you give us

When you fill in the booking form, we receive your name, mobile number, area, city, the appliance and problem you describe, and your email address if you choose to give it. We use this only to contact you about your repair request and to arrange a technician visit. We do not sell or share it with anyone else, except the local technician who visits you.

Phone and WhatsApp

If you call or message us on WhatsApp, we see your number and the message you send, and use them only to handle your request.

Visit statistics

We count visits to our pages to understand which pages are useful. This count does not use cookies and does not store your IP address or any other personal detail.

Google Ads and Google Tag Manager

We advertise on Google and use Google Ads and Google Tag Manager to measure whether our ads lead to calls and enquiries. Google may use cookies for this. You can control ad personalisation in your Google account settings at adssettings.google.com.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to handle your repair and any follow-up.
